Hello, I’m Hannah — a lifelong Norfolk local who adores this county’s wide skies, sandy beaches, and friendly market towns. When I purchased 28 Millgate, I wanted to create not just another holiday let but my own charming little Norfolk retreat to share with others who love this special place as much as I do.
Having had dogs my whole life — and now travelling everywhere with my Labrador, Olive — I know how important it is to find places that genuinely welcome four-legged friends. That’s why 28 Millgate is more than simply dog-friendly; it’s designed with dogs in mind: a safe enclosed garden, a boot room for muddy paws, and countless dog-friendly walks, pubs and cafés right outside the door.
It’s also the perfect place to relax with family and friends after a day of adventure — whether that’s walking through historic estates, exploring quaint market towns, or breathing in the salty air on Norfolk’s endless beaches. At 28 Millgate you can return from your explorations to a cosy lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, and a garden made for unwinding together.

A Home for You and Your Four-Legged Friends
We absolutely love dogs at 28 Millgate – they’re part of the family! As a dog owner myself (I never travel without my black Labrador, Olive), I know how important it is for your four-legged friend to feel just as welcome and comfortable as you do. That’s why dogs are always warmly invited to stay here.
The cottage has been thoughtfully designed to be as dog-friendly as possible, with a handy boot room for muddy paws and an enclosed garden where they can safely explore and play. We also provide spare dog bowls, leads and blankets so you don’t have to worry if you forget something.
Whether you’re heading out on countryside walks, visiting nearby beaches, or simply relaxing indoors, 28 Millgate is a place where dogs are loved and welcomed – a home-from-home for you and your four-legged friends to enjoy together.
