No smoking inside the property
Dogs are very welcome! Please keep them downstairs and off the beds, and we ask that the provided blankets are used if your four legged friend wants to join you on the sofas.
Please clean up after your dog in the garden and while out exploring.
Respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.
Report any accidental damage promptly so we can put it right for the next guests.
